Instructional overview of online filing of Form-1-821 Application for Temporary Protected Status, for eligible applicants. This event was hosted by USCIS on August 5, 2021. On July 21 and 30, 2021, USCIS announced that certain TPS applicants, submitting an initial registration application can now file Form I-821 as a standalone form or concurrently with Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. Online filing allows applicants to submit forms electronically, check the status of their case online, and receive online notices from USCIS.
